Volunteering at Hopeful Hands was a journey of the heart. Every moment spent serving alongside compassionate people, every smile from those we helped, and every challenge we overcame together reminded me of the power of community and kindness. It's where I felt most alive, giving back and connecting with others. I'll carry the memories and lessons of hope and togetherness with me forever.

A helping hand is, more often than not, a loving one.

I’ve been blessed with so many of those hands throughout my life from the aunts who helped raise me alongside my mom, to the nanny (my second mom in every way) who created a safe, loving space for me to grow up in. Their care shaped the person I am today.

That’s why it means so much to me that I now have the opportunity to offer that same love and support to others whether it’s through giving my time, resources, or simply showing up when someone needs it. Helping, for me, is just another way of passing on the love I was raised with.
